THE CLUB:
Registered with the Croquet Association and affiliated to Croquet North, the
club was formed in 1988 at Ormesby Hall (NT), moving to Prissick Sports Park
from 1998-2006 and now in Albert Park. There are around thirty-five members,
who meet for friendly games, coaching and season-long club competitions. MCC
takes part in inter-club matches around the North East. We have ample equipment
and information about all forms of croquet. New players are always most welcome!
The club has a social programme during the winter, including weekly indoor carpet
croquet in Norton.
